Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required.

Not Eligible:

Opened, sprayed, or used perfumes.

Products are damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

Process:

1. Email or WhatsApp us at support@rihab.pk within 7 days.

2. Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the return/exchange process.

3. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
